Semi-Annual Church Meeting
Mark your calendars for Sunday, January 26th!

  • One Service Only: 10:00 AM

  • Lunch Together:

    • Families of three or more: Please bring a hot soup (ready to serve) and a ladle. All others: Bring a dessert to share!

  • Meeting: Following lunch, we’ll gather for our semi-annual meeting, open to partners and regular attenders.

Childcare will be provided during the meeting.

We look forward to this special time of worship, fellowship, and planning for the future!

PBC Women's annual Getaway will be held November 1&2 at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center in Hudson, IL.  Cherith Logan will be speaking on the book of Habakkuk. 

The retreat center is beautiful property. We promise you will be well fed both physically and spiritually! Come join other women who love Jesus for an amazing overnight retreat away from the cares of the world. Come apart and rest a while!

Important Dates

Evaluation and orientation is on 8/3/2024 (9a-12p) and 8/10/2024 (12p-3p) - Child must attend ONE of the dates available.

First week of practice is 9/7/2024

1-hour practice (Mon or Fri)

Games on Saturday morning.

The registration cost per child $75.00.

Doughnuts with Dads

Sunday, june 16th we will celebrate Father's day with doughnuts! Doughnuts with dads will be at 9am again and it's a great opportunity to treat your dad with a special breakfast. If you're not a dad, dont worry! This Sunday is meant to be a fun, church-wide, fellowship time. Come, hang out and get to know someone new, and then let's all attend service together at 10a. I hope you don't miss this out!

The Groundwork – The Groundwork is where we do the work to DIG deeper and GROW stronger in our faith as daughters of the King. This is done by watching an online teaching and gathering together the following Monday at either 9am or 7pm - you choose which time works best for you. These teachings happen in the fall and spring for a short series of teaching through a book of the Bible. Email julie@pontiacbible.org for more information and to sign up for to receive the teaching via email when it’s available.

The next study is on the book of Daniel. Teachings begin January 10 - February 28. Discussion studies will begin Monday, Jan 15 - Monday, March 4, 2024.
